About

When I was young, weekend meals were when the whole family would get together, usually for cooked breakfasts and delicious dinners. Both my parents are excellent cooks, and the principal of preparing good, tasty food was instilled in us from a young age. My brothers and sister and I have all grown up with a love of cooking, and this is something I want to pass on to my son.

I love preparing something a little different every day, and draw on influences from all over the world. My extensive cookbook collection is often commented upon! They’re my favourite type of book and I can spend hours looking through them. Even if I don’t ever cook a recipe from one I gain culinary inspiration for my own creations.

In this blog I want to share my ideas to help you create a variety of home-cooked dishes for your family and friends.
